Yes, the current Org Admin can assign another user in the organization as an Org Admin. Here's how!


  1. To login to the Org URL Click on the Bottom left side multi-color 'Freshworks Switcher' icon and choose 'Edit Profile' below your email address at the top.
  2. Once you log in using your Org URL, you can click on the 'Users' icon on the left sidebar to get a list of users who are part of the organization.
  3. Click on the user who you want to make as the Org Admin.


You can see the current role of the user and an edit symbol next to it. Click on it and change the user type to Org Admin.
