Whenever you sign up for any product from the Freshworks suite, we automatically create a new Organization and generate a unique Organization URL.  

You can access all the products you have signed up for via this Organization URL. Also, you will be able to manage your security policies, as well as preferences that apply to all your agents and accounts.
