How can I integrate Freshdesk with Freshping? (How to get Freshdesk's API Key) Print

Login to Freshping
Go to Settings (gear icon on the left sidebar) and then to Integrations

Click on '+Create integration' in the Freshdesk integration section

Enter the Freshdesk API key and Domain URL
Hit 'Create' to complete the integration

Here’s how to get your Freshdesk API key:

Login to your Freshdesk account
Click on your profile picture on the top-right corner and select ‘Profile Settings’
In the section on the right, you’ll find the API key
Copy and paste this API key in Freshping to authenticate the integration
