As a new customer, can I sign up for Freshping?

No. New sign-ups for Freshping are temporarily suspended until further notice. We are working on a complete revamp of the product to provide a significantly better customer experience. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this process and appreciate your understanding.

I am an existing Freshping customer subscribed to the Free plan. Will I have any impact?

You will be able to continue using Freshping. However, we will not provide any customer support nor will the product get any updates/bug fixes until the revamped product is launched. We will also be disabling the option to upgrade to a paid plan.

Is Freshping shutting down? Should I start looking for another website monitoring tool?

We are temporarily suspending new signups and plan upgrades so that we can focus on revamping the product. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

I am an existing Freshping customer subscribed to the paid plan/ I am an existing paid Freshservice customer subscribed to the Free Freshping plan. Will there be any impact?

If you are a paid customer for one of the Freshworks products (Freshping, Freshservice, Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshmarketer, Freshsales), there will be no impact on your Freshping subscription. We will continue to provide the necessary support. We will however not launch any product improvements until the revamped product launch. 

I am a free Freshping customer. Can I upgrade to a paid plan now?

No. You will not be able to upgrade to the paid Freshping plan until further notice.

When will the revamped Freshping product be available for new signups?

We will provide more updates in H2 '23. Please join our community forum for future Freshping updates.
