If your Freshping Check is reporting a false negative, i.e., it says that your end-point is down even though you are able to access your services, you can use the incident analysis report attached to each incident record to troubleshoot.
To learn more about an incident:
1. Go to Reports > Select the Check
2. Under 'Incidents History' click on the 'View Analysis' button
3. A detailed report will be available for you to see
The above traces should help you verify this with your server and/or application log.
