We would suggest you have your Twilio credentials ready. You could follow the steps mentioned below to create a Twilio account.

• To integrate with Twilio, You first need to create a Twilio account. You can do that here: https://www.twilio.com/ Since Twilio is a 3rd party paid service you could check https://www.twilio.com/sms/pricing/us  for pricing details. 
• Twilio SID, Auth Token, and Phone number will be provided by Twilio on signing up. 
• You can integrate Freshping with Twilio by navigating to Settings > Integration > Twilio

• Once you integrate it you will receive SMS when your IP goes down
